Mindful eating is maintaining an in-the-moment awareness of the food and drink you put into your body, observing rather than judging how the food makes you feel and the signals your body sends about taste, satisfaction, and fullness. Working with Tracy will allow you to employ these practices and over time you can not only improve your relationship food, but also with your body.

MEdical Nutrition Therapy
Nutritional diagnostic, therapy, and counseling services for the purpose of disease management such as Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, and Cardiovascular Disease. MNT is a specific application of the Nutrition Care Process in clinical settings that is focused on the management of diseases. MNT involves in-depth individualized nutrition assessment and a duration and frequency of care using the Nutrition Care Process to manage disease.
